WHAT YOU’LL SEE:

  • You’ll see an exciting waterfall that you can walk completely behind. It’s a short hike (.6 miles) from the road down to the waterfall and one of the most accessible waterfalls off of the Interstate 5 if you are driving through the Mount Shasta / Dunsmuir, CA area.

THINGS TO KNOW:

  • I’d put this hike in the EASY category. While hiking this, we saw small children (toddlers) and their parents hiking down to the bottom of it. It’s a highly trafficked trail and is well maintained. It would only be difficult or dangerous if there are heavy snowy on the ground or rain storms in the area.
